SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 1" plastic headband
- Glue gun/glue gun sticks
- 1" foam
- Fabric
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut a strip of foam the length and width of the headband and taper to the end. Glue the foam to the headband. Wrap the headband and foam with 1" strips of fabric.
- Cut a piece of fabric 6" wide and the length of the hand and plus about 6" to allow for the knot.
- Tie fabric in the center with a knot and mark with a pin where the knot ends on both sides. Untie the fabric and sew right sides together tapering at the ends and leaving the area in the middle marked with pins open.
- Trim excess fabric and turn right side out.
- Tie the knot back in the tube and feed one side of the headband into the tube by the knot. Slide the tube to the end and insert the other side of the fabric into the headband opening. Slide the fabric so the knot is centered on the headband and hot glue in place.
- Adjust the fabric around the headband and secure at the ends. Fold the ends over and hot glue or you can place end caps by sewing and gluing tubes 1 1/2" x 1 1/2".

Need visuals.
I gave this a low rating because the explanation was poor. There was no video or pictures to go with each step, which would have made it easier to follow. Please update, and let me know so I can make these! I go to Joann's all the time.
