SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Cabinet doors
- Sandpaper - 150 grit and 320 grit
- Spray paint white primer
- Painter’s tape
- Acrylic paint (Suggested in Folk Art® brand: Licorice, Titanium White, Vanilla Ice Cream, Berry Wine, Baby Pink, True Burgundy, Burnt Sienna, Nutmeg Brown, Autumn Leaves, Spiced Pumpkin, Pure Orange, Daffodil Yellow, Classic Green, Cobalt Blue, Patina, Lavender)
- Paintbrushes - variety of sizes
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare the cabinet doors for painting by sanding with a medium grit sandpaper (150), dusting off, and priming with a spray primer. This should be done in a well-ventilated area.
- When the primer is dry, lightly sand with a fine grit sandpaper (320).
- Apply paint, use painter’s tape anywhere a crisp line is desired.
JOANN HACKS:
- Wrap painter’s tape around the edges of all the cabinet doors to ensure crisp lines around the sides of the doors.
