Painted Dog Silhouette on Oval Canvas

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Purchased 9"x 12" oval canvas
• Gold metallic paint
• Flat black paint
• Medium flat brush
• Small round brush
• Pencil
• Paper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Use pencil and paper to create the pattern for your dog silhouette.
2. Use a pencil to transfer the pattern to the center of the oval.
3. Use the gold metallic paint and flat brush to paint all around outside of dog silhouette.
Note: May take 2 or 3 coats of paint to cover; allow paint to dry thoroughly between coats.

4. Use the black paint and round brush to paint dog silhouette.
5. Use the round brush and gold paint to highlight the ear as shown.
