Best for Beginners
I’ll be honest and admit that I’ve never used these kind of cutters before. That being said I was impressed with how easy it was to adapt to them. They feel great in my hand, and I’ve figured out not to use too much pressure when cutting. That makes them work a lot better.

Doesn't cut...
I was replacing worn-out, similar size wire cutters. I tried this new pair on cheap (ie. weak) pipe cleaners and they wouldn't cut them. Eventually, I had to saw it off between the blades. Given that they don't perform their intended function...do not recommend.
