How To Get It
Used For: Used with thin or lightweight fabrics to stiffen, reinforce and provide shape retention on garments, costumes, accessories and crafts.
Special Benefits: Two main types of interfacing include fusible (which is applied with heat) and sew-in. They can be knit or woven, and come in a variety of weights to reinforce different kinds of base fabric.
Pellon 975 Insul-Fleece is a polyester fleece blend which reflects heat or cold back to the source to help retain desired temperature. It insulates to keep hot things hot and cold things cold for a longer period of time than traditional fleece. It is soft and comfortable with a medium loft; which makes it versatile for home decor, kitchen accessories, and clothing. 975 can be easily sewn through and once your project is finished it can be machine washed and dried. Warning: 975 Insul-Fleece® is not heat proof or fire resistant. Not for use in the microwave.- Great for insulating jackets, lunch totes, grocery bags, casserole carriers, and pot holders.

Perfect
The pellon insulation fleece was the perfect heat resistant fleese. It works very good. I made pot holders and it was easy to sew into the sandwich and was not expensive. Ill be useing it for other projects as well.

Insulated Fleece Interfacing is very useful
I used this insulated fleece in oven mitts. The oven mitts are well insulated and oven safe. No heat comes through onto my hands.

Excellent cooler insulation
I was making a soft sided lunch bag cooler and this was the perfect insulation material. I ended up using a double layer of this fabric plus a layer of 400D waterproof ripstop nylon liner and 600D waterproof canvas shell and it sewed no problem with my basic Singer sewing machine.Very easy to work with.

Not a happy camper
They are very thin places at the end of the bolt and I had to double up the fleece for my potholders. I decided I wouldn’t buy that anymore and would buy the insulbrite from the warm company. Also when I pressed my potholders the fleece shrunk and I had to do them over. I wasn’t happy about that.
