How To Get It
The Pellon EK130 Easy Knit Interfacing-Black is a fusible knit interfacing and supple stabilizer for dresses, jackets and pants. It is best used with light to medium weight knits, sweater knits, woven and machine knitted fabrics, and is excellent with fabrics such as wool, flannel and gabardine. This apparel interfacing has both a lengthwise grain for body and stability and a crosswise stretch for flexible shaping. It is made of 100% polyester, and is acid free.

Great for collars
I have used this product mostly for projects with wovens, and it is especially good for collars. It is just light enough for light cottons, and just stiff enough to give a bit of shape.
Though it is listed as a knit interfacing, it doesn't have much stretch, though it does stretch some diagonally. I have used it to stabilize knit shoulders. Depending on how much I want the shoulders to be able to stretch, I cut strips on the grain or on the bias instead of using twill tape or that clear plastic stabilizer.
I have always had a hard time figuring out which interfacing to use for which projects when buying online, especially as the pictures show the bolt, so I've included pictures of the product to give an idea of the drape and opacity.
