- 1/4 yd Christmas Fabric
- 8" Ribbon or Cord
- 4"x 8" White Fur for Cuff
- Fray Check
- Glue
- Basic Sewing Supplies

DIRECTIONS:
To find the downloadable pattern click on the "GET PATTERNS" tab above.
- Cut 8 patterns from mitten fabric.
- With right sides together, sew a 1/4" seam around outside of each pair of mittens leaving top open.
- With right sides together, sew a 1/4" seam around outside of each lining pair of mittens leaving an opening for turning and leaving the top open.
- With right sides together, sew lining to top of mittens.
- Turn mittens through lining.
- Sew opening in lining closed.
- Insert lining into mitten, press.
- Cut fur into 2 - 2"x 8" pieces.
- Wrap fur cuff around top of each mitten, adjust length, and sew ends together to form tube.
- Use fray check to raw edges of cuff at top and bottom to avoid the fur unraveling.
- Tie a knot at each end of the cord.
- Attach cord to top of each mitten on the thumb side. Hand sew or glue in place.
- Place cuff over top and glue or hand sew to top of mitten.
- Mittens can be stuffed with small amount of stuffing.
- Measure your mitten working space.
- Open Design Space and Insert a new text.
- Type Names and phrase and adjust size to your mitten you measured.
- Change font to desired font.
- Weld any fonts that are connected, or just attach before cutting.
- Mirror your image and cut with the Cricut.
- Weed out excess material and use the Cricut heat press, follow guidelines on temperature and material.
