Personalized Holiday Birdhouses

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Brother embellish machine
• P-touch Embellish Gold Print on red satin ribbon
• Raw wood birdhouse
• Acrylic paint: white, red, green
• Paintbrush
• Scissor
• Glue

DIRECTIONS:

1. Paint the body of the house with white acrylic paint. Paint the roof and base of the house with red acrylic paint.
2. Decorate the roof with dots of white acrylic paint.
3. Paint holly onto the sides of the body of the house with green, red and white acrylic paint.
4. Begin by turning on your Brother embellish P-touch machine.
5. Insert 1/2" (.47") Golf on red satin ribbon (TZe-RW34) into your Brother P-touch Embellish Ribbon & Tape Printer.
6. Make sure your machine is reset by holding down shift and the backspace button. Choose Text&Format and press OK.
7. Choose Symbol-Pictograph-Holiday-and we choose #10 the candy cane.
8. Repeat this step for as long as you would like your ribbon to be.
9. In the lower right hand corner or your machine screen it will tell you how long our ribbon is going to be as you add on your candy canes.
10. Glue the ribbon and the base of the house.
11. Select the "Font" button to select the font. Select "OK".
12. Scroll through the font options until you see the font "Florida."
13. Select the "OK" button.
14. Type your name or your friend's name.
15. Choose print and "OK".
16. Glue the ribbon around the point of the roof and use a scissor to flag the ends.

• You can add fun frames with the Frame key.


• Remember to always clear your machine before you start a new project or it will use the previous setting.
