  1. Roll out the yoga mat and measure the working space (the area where you’d like your design).
  2. _x000D_
  3. Open the software for the cutting machine.
  4. _x000D_
  5. Insert your design or uploaded svg image.
  6. _x000D_
  7. Resize image to the measured size.
  8. _x000D_
  9. "Crush Those Stretch Goals" - 7"x 10".
  10. _x000D_
  11. "You Got This" - 7.5"x 7".
  12. _x000D_
  13. "Go For the Perfect Zen" - 8"x 10".
  14. _x000D_
  15. "Look at you, being all stretchy & stuff" - 4" x 13".
  16. _x000D_
  17. Attach any like colors.
  18. _x000D_
  19. Mirror your design before cutting.
  20. _x000D_
  21. Heat your press to 260 degrees for 30 seconds while the design is cutting.
  22. _x000D_
  23. Weed the design with a weeding hook (remove excess iron-on, leaving only the design).
  24. _x000D_
  25. Place the yoga mat on the easy press mat.
  26. _x000D_
  27. Place the iron-on design where you’d like it, staying within 12” from the edge.
  28. _x000D_
  29. Place protective heat cover sheets on top of the iron-on design.
  30. _x000D_
  31. Press carefully. Do not push down just let the press sit on top for 30 seconds.
  32. _x000D_
  33. Carefully remove the clear sheet from the iron-on.

  1. Measure the water bottle working space.
  2. _x000D_
  3. Open Design Space and insert your design svg image.
  4. _x000D_
  5. Change the size according to your water bottle (for this the size of the image is 2" x 2.5").
  6. _x000D_
  7. Attach any like colors.
  8. _x000D_
  9. Place adhesive vinyl color-side up and do not mirror adhesive vinyl.
  10. _x000D_
  11. Weed the design after it’s cut, place transfer paper over the top and smooth with tool.
  12. _x000D_
  13. Peel up from white paper and place your design onto the water bottle.
  14. _x000D_
  15. Carefully peel up the clear transfer paper.

  1. Measure the tote bag.
  2. _x000D_
  3. Preheat your EasyPress to 340 for 30 seconds.
  4. _x000D_
  5. Insert your design "Crush Those Stretch Goals" and resize to 6" x 9" for a tote bag that's approximately 12-14".
  6. _x000D_
  7. Attach like colors and mirror the image.
  8. _x000D_
  9. Cut with the Cricut and weed excess material.
  10. _x000D_
  11. Place your iron-on design on the tote bag.
  12. _x000D_
  13. Press with the heat press.
  14. _x000D_
  15. Carefully peel up clear paper while still a little warm.

  • To find the center of your mat, measure the entire length and mark the center with heat-resistant tape. Measure your iron-on cutout and mark with tape as well. Line the two tapes up for a perfect center.
  • _x000D_
  • For visual measuring in design software, measure your yoga mat and cut that measurement in half. For example, for a 24” mat, insert a 12” rectangle, then insert your design svg within that 12" area, then double the size of the svg image before cutting.
