Photo Booth Props

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Scissors
• Hot glue gun
• Foamies sheets 9" x 12" in assorted colors
• Headbands, 1 of each, black, pink, yellow, blue
• Black Pipe Cleaners
• 2" black pom pom
• Thick paper in various colors such as white, black, orange, green, blue, red, gray, purple, brown, etc.
• X-acto Knife
• Felt in various colors such as white, black, gray, tan, cream, orange, pink, red, brown, yellow, blue, etc.
• Foam masks
• Foam board
• White thread and sewing needle
• Brown marker
• Pattern templates

DIRECTIONS:
Sun, Rainbow, and Shooting Star Headbands

1. Use the pattern templates to trace the pieces onto the foamies sheets. Cut out the pieces.
2. Layer pieces to create the sun, rainbow, or shooting star pieces.
3. Attach the foamies pieces to the headband with hot glue.
4. For the rainbow and sun headbands, hot glue white pom poms to the piece, using the project image as inspiration.

Spider Headband

1. Use the pattern templates to trace the spider web onto thick, white scrapbook paper.
2. Cut out the web.
3. Hot glue the web to the black headband.
4. Twist together the ends of 2 pipe cleaners to make one long one. Make 8 of these.
5. Twist together 2 of the long pipe cleaners to make one long, thick leg. Make 4 of these.
6. Hold the 4 pipe cleaners together and twist them together in the middle. This will be the center of the spider.
7. Bend the pipe cleaners to create the spiders legs.
8. Hot glue the legs to the headband.
9. Hot glue the black pom pom on top of the legs for the spider’s body.

Paper Props (Ghost, Pumpkin, Frankenstein, Butterfly, Witch Hat, Shark, Snorkler, Various Glasses, and Mustaches)

1. Use the pattern templates to trace the pattern pieces onto colored paper.
2. Cut out the pattern pieces.
3. Layer pieces on top of one another as in project image, and glue in place.
4. Hot glue a small wood dowel to the back of the piece as a handle.

Felt Masks (Leopard, Rabbit, Koala, Cat, Fox, Super Hero)

1. Use the pattern templates to trace the pattern pieces onto felt.
2. Cut out the pattern pieces.
3. Layer pieces on top of one another as in project image, and hot glue in place.
4. For the rabbit, leopard, fox, and cat, add whiskers by cutting a length of white thread, knotting one end, and pulling it up from the back of the mask.
5. Hot glue the felt piece to the foamies mask.

Pirate Hook

1. Use the pattern templates to trace the pattern pieces onto foamies sheets.
2. Cut out the pattern pieces.
3. Layer pieces on top of one another as in project image, and glue in place.
4. Trace the handle part onto a piece of foam board, cut out the piece.
5. Glue the handle to the foam board.
6. Cut another piece of foamies 5" x 2". Glue the ends to the back side of the handle to use as a strap.
