Pieced Ethnic Inspired Fabric Pillows

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• 3 base pillow forms 18"x 18"
• 19" of 54"/60" wide fabric for each pillow
• 10" of two contrasting fabrics for one pillow
• 19" of contrasting fabric for one pillow
• Sewing notions

DIRECTIONS:

All seams are 1/2" unless stated.

1. Cut one 19"x 19" for top pillow
2. Cut two 19"x 12 1/2" for bottom envelope pillow. Sew a turn and turn hem on the edge of each piece of the 12 1/2".
3. Pin the top and bottoms together overlapping the 12 1/2" to fit 19".
4. Sew around all edges, trim corners. Turn right sides out and stuff base pillow.
5. For the fabric patch pillow. Cut one panel 19"x 10 1/2", one panel 10"x 7 1/2" and one panel 10"x 12". Sew two top 10" smaller panels together. Sew the top panel to the bottom. Cut two 19"x 12 1/2" for bottom envelope pillow.
6. Repeat instructions #2, 3, 4 to complete pillow.
