The 'glue' around the rim
Of the cup released when i 'mistakenly' picked it up (after screwing on the lid tightly) and it fell to the floor and cracked the whole cup!! Not a moled solid cup. VERY cheaply made!!

Scratched and poor quality tumblers
Cups have many deep scratches and my custom cups customers complained! Not a good quality Found Same cups at dollar tree. Explains the poor quality at an inflated price at JoA

Works for what was needed. These are NOT intended to be used as snow globe tumblers, they will leak (didn't purchase for that but did attempt and they will not work).

Well built, but cant pour into insulated space
Solidly built. The lid screws on easily and doesn't crossthread, and the straw is sturdier than I thought it would be. You can't slip anything between the two walls, though -- it's closed off.
