DIRECTIONS:
NOTE: This sun hat has a larger, flat-brim.
- Enlarge brim pattern and use in place of pattern brim piece #14.
- Follow pattern directions and cut out View E hat.
- Cut 2 pieces 1 1/2"x 14" for straps.
- Follow pattern directions for making hat E steps 1 - 10.
- With RST, stitch straps lengthwise with a 1/4" seam.
- Turn RS out and press.
- Baste straps to sides of brim.
- Continue with pattern directions steps 11 and 12.
