Premier Yarns-Home Cotton Yarn: Multi Cone. This soft cotton/polyester blend is perfect for washcloths and home decor projects. Weight category: 4. Content: 85% Cotton/15% Polyester. Putup: 14oz/400g, 700yd/640m. Gauge: 18sx24r = 4in/10cm on size US8/5mm knitting needles. Suggested crochet hook size US I-9/5.5mm. Dyelotted: we try but are not always able to match dyelots. Care: Machine wash, tumble dry low, do not bleach, do not iron, do not dry clean. Comes in a variety of colors. Each sold separately. Imported.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DON'T like it!!!! Do NOT USE this yarn in the microwave for ANY REASON! It WILL BURN YOU! It's got POLYESTER in it so does NOT work well. Since it has POLYESTER in it, it does NOT absorb water for use of dishcloths or washcloths very well. I use yarn that's 100% COTTON ONLY for such things. The colors are nice and I LOVE them; but this yarn is NOT FOR ME! I make LOTS of washcloths and dishcloths for many and others have commented on the difference of the dishcloths when I gave them to them w/using this yarn. Even others can see the difference in it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worsted weight cotton yarn I really like the feel of the yarn. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I have found knots in the cones I have used. That interrupts the flow of knitting. Also the yarn is not as strong as I would like, it can be pulled apart too easily. I hope the finished kitchen accessories will stand up during use. The size of the yarn is a little smaller than worsed weight yarn.
