Princess Pillows with Trim

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• 3/4yd print fabric
• 2yds ball fringe
• Fiber Fill stuffing
• 16"x 3" Heavyweight Interfacing remnant
• Matching thread
• Basic sewing supplies

DIRECTIONS:

1. 1/2" seam allowance used.
2. Cut two pieces of fabric 21" W x 13" H and one piece 15" H x 7" W.
3. Baste ball fringe to pillow front, leaving the center 4" on the top and bottom plain.
4. Stitch front to back, leaving an opening in the bottom for turning.
5. Clip corners and turn RS out.
6. Stuff with fiber fill and stitch opening closed.
7. For bow center, sew long end of 15"x 7" piece together; turn RS out.
8. Press flat with seam in the center back.
9. Slip interfacing inside; press.
10. Wrap bow center around pillow and pull together in the back and stitch to hold in place.

• 1/2yd solid fabric for cording
• 2yds small cording
• Fiber Fill stuffing
• Matching thread
• Basic sewing supplies

DIRECTIONS:

1. 1/2" seam allowance used.
2. Enlarge pattern.
3. Cut two pieces of fabric pattern.
4. Cut enough 1 1/2" pieces of solid fabric on the diagonal to equal 2yds when sewn together.
5. Baste covered cording to pillow front.
6. Stitch front to back, leaving an opening in the bottom for turning.
7. Clip corners and turn RS out.
8. Stuff with fiber fill and stitch opening closed.
