I have small hands so getting scissors that I can use that don't cramp my hands has been a problem. These are very comfortable to use, and smooth cutting. No problem whatsoever with cutting two fleece layers. Love these! Had a 50% off coupon that helped with the price. Love Jo-Ann's!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good for awhile... I've had these scissors for for over a year and up until now I loved them. The comfort of the design was nearly unmatched! Unfortunately they recently developed burs towards to the tip of the blades on either sides. Now I have been sewing for years and know not to cut through anything I shouldn't; I just don't see any good reason for this to have happened. I asked a seamstress friend about it and she told me that cheaply made scissors will develop burs just from use over time. I'll be going back to Gingher (highly recommend!!) and Fiskars for my sewing shears!

I purchased these and another popular brand of "razor edge" scissors at the same time, needing something to cut fairly intricate shapes from 6-8 layers of fleece at the same time. Absolutely NO CONTEST! These scissors were the closest thing to a hot knife through butter, with no discernible shape distortion in the bottom layers. Even at the standard two layers you would normally cut at one time, these scissors cut much more cleanly and smoothly than the others. Count me as one happy customer!

When my Ginghers fell apart (again) last week, I picked these up at Joann's on a whim, just to see what they were like, using a 40% off coupon. These are hands down, the best scissors I have ever owned. They cut through at least 10 layers of fabric with ease. I can't recommend them highly enough.
