Elastic for Crochet
Crocheted some toe-up socks and they were a little loose up top on the ribbing. Slip stitched some of this elastic thread right on the inside and it turned out PERFECT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need a little more tension in the ankle of your sock ribbing!!

Good product!
Just what I needed! Not too thick to sew into droopy neckline casings. Also good for too loose cuffs or ribbing in knit sweaters.

Good quality and quantity
It seems that during the summer finding black elastic thread is pretty difficult in stores. While another brand is touted as superior, spools contain a much smaller quantity for a similar price. Using both brands on the same garment, I couldn’t see the difference! My solution to not overpaying was to simply buy online.

Awful!
They were out of gutterman so I got this kind- much thinner and maybe 50% the elasticity. Couldn’t even do shirring with it and brought it back. Get the gutterman brand.

elastic shirring
it was really easy to use especially becasue of the directions on the back. i used it to create one of those strechy dresses wth shirring on hte top and it came out great.
