It actually glows in the dark. It does need to stay in a well lite room for this to happen. I also made a face Mask for a friend. I made it a little big knowing that this fabric would shrink. This fabric doesn’t shrink. I am also making trick or treat bags for my Granddaughters.

Cute fabric!
I bought this to use as the backing for a Halloween quilt. The faces of the pumpkins glow in the dark and our kiddos love it! It's pretty soft and as stayed by another user, there's no different feel to the glowing parts.
