Rainbow Pillow and Fleece Pom Pom Blanket

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 1/2yd each of 5 coordinating fabrics
- 1/2yd for backing
- 1/3 yd for side of pillow
- 2 pkgs Polyfil® stuffing
- 1 1/2yd fleece interfacing
- Basic sewing supplies
DIRECTIONS:(1/4" seam allowance)
- Pillow
- Using the full pattern, cut one on fold from the backing fabric and two on fold from interfacing.
- Cut out the five sections of the rainbow along cutting lines.
- Pin the sections on the fold from the five fabrics and cut out.
- Cut 3 1/2" strips from fabric you are using for the side and interfacing to measure 88" when sewn together.
- With RST, pin and sew each rainbow sections together starting with the largest piece.
- Press finished piece.
- Sew the side fabric strips together to form one long piece.
- Baste interfacing to finished front, back and side piece.
- Top stitch or use decorative stitching around seams of rainbow section.
- With RST, pin and sew side strip to front starting at center bottom and ending by sewing the two short ends together, trimming if necessary.
- Stitch back to front and side section leaving an opening for turning.
- Turn and stuff.
- Sew opening closed.

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 1 1/2yds each 2 coordinating prints
- 4-5 yds medium size pom pom trim
- Rotary cutter & mat
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Safety pins
DIRECTIONS:
- Lay fleece out flat on cutting mat. Cut to desired size.
- Sew trim around outside edge of one fleece blanket section having edge of trim along cut edge of blanket.
- With right sides together, sew both pieces of fleece together leaving and opening for turning.
- Turn, slip stitch opening closed.
- Press lightly.

Fabric in article
I haven't made this pattern yet, however would love to use the fabrics from the image. Especially the solid white with textured rainbow stripe. Please provide links to the fabric used in the project.
