SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 1 Package mix ranch dressing
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Crown broccoli
- 1/2 Head cauliflower
- 1 Pound baby red potatoes
- Vegetable oil spray
- Cookie pan
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare cookie pan with vegetable pan spray.
- In large bowl, stir together ranch dressing mix and oil. Add vegetables and toss to coat.
- Bake 15 minutes; remove from oven and stir. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.

- This recipe comes together in a snap on our cookie sheet, and you can use whatever vegetables you have on hand.

Very delicious and super easy! Adding sliced carrots makes it really amazing! I also tried a variation using french onion soup mix with olive oil to the roasting vegetables - also wonderful!
