Granny Squares
Make 2 with B as Color 1, A as Color 2 and D as Color 3.
Make 1 with A as Color 1, D as Color 2 and C as Color 3.
Make 1 with C as Color 1, D as Color 2 and A as Color 3.
Make 1 with A as Color 1, B as Color 2 and C as Color 3.
Make 1 with D as Color 1, B as Color 2 and A as Color 3.

With Color 1, ch 4. Join with sl st to first ch to form ring. See diagram.
1st rnd: Ch 2. (3 dc in ring. Ch 3) 4 times. Join. Fasten off.
2nd rnd: Join Color 2 with sl st to any corner ch-3 sp. Ch 3. (2 dc. Ch 3. 3 dc) in same sp as last sl st. 1 dc in each of next 3 dc. [(3 dc. Ch 3. 3 dc) in next ch-3 sp. 1 dc in each of next 3 dc] 3 times. Join. Fasten off.

Assembly (assemble Front and Back alike).
Using Assembly Diagrams, sew Blocks tog with matching shade of yarn through back loops only using whip stitch.
Sew side seams in same manner.

Waistband
Join A with sl st to any st at side seam edge of Skirt.
1st to 3rd rnds: With A, ch 2. 1 hdc in each st around. Join. Fasten off.

Waistband Drawstring
With 2 strands of A, make a chain 36 (40)" [91.5 (101.5) cm] long. Fasten off. Having ends meet at center front, weave Drawstring through center rnd of Waistband. Knot ends to secure.

Bottom edging: Join A with sl st to any st on bottom edge of Skirt at side seam.
1st rnd: Ch 1. 1 sc in each st around. Join with sl st to first sc.
Rep last rnd 2 (5) times more. Fasten off.
