Great Christmas Blanket
I followed the advice of a fellow reviewer to buy less yarn (8 skeins as opposed to 19) and it was perfect. That review saved me from buying unnecessary yarn. (Is that even a thing?😊) The pattern is clear & easy to follow and the blanket turned out beautifully.

Way too much yarn
I bought the amounts of yarn specified in the pattern and came home and made this blanket over the next week. I made it with the j hook and to scale. It came out the correct size and is quite nice as you can see by the picture but i only used 8 of the 19 skeins it said that were required. I used 3 paddy green. 1 1/2 red, not 1 full of white or black or light green. The instructions are complete and easy to follow.
