Red White Blue Fabric Backpack

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• See and Sew 6512 pattern
• Follow yardage and supplies on pattern envelope
• 9" of 1 1/2" Red Star ribbon for front pocket
• 9" of 2 1/2" Blue Star ribbon for front pocket
• 3 1/2 of 1" Blue Star ribbon for straps

DIRECTIONS:

1. Use 3/8" seam on pattern.
2. Add Red and Blue Star ribbon to front of pocket before placing on the front of tote.
3. Double the 1" strap ribbon, then sew together to make one strap. Follow the pattern instruction for ribbon placement.

• Use #14 sewing needle when doing 2 or 3 layers of fabric.
