Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broke before I could use all knives I give this knife 2 stars because it was a good knife and comfortable to use, until it got stuck and the knife wouldn't come out. I was finally able to coax it out gently and now it won't stay out at all. I have 3 unused knives used and am not able to use them now. Contacted their company to see if they'd replace it for me, but since it is over 1 year old, no luck.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I purchased this item because I thought it would be easy to use and I liked the design. However, the first time I used it to open those standard plastic protectors, which require scissors, the tip of the blade broke. I went to replace the blade and the housing unit was also cracked. Now, the tool is not useable. Maybe it is not meant for anything heavy duty like plastic.
