Item # 262225213P257
Beginner Under 1 Hour

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Ribbon of varied color, width & texture
  • Ceramic planters
  • Scissors
  • Floral foam
  • Succulent picks
  • Hot glue gun/glue gun sticks
  • Wire snippers

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Wrap one ribbon around planter to measure length, leaving about 1" extra for seam coverage.
  2. Lay ribbon out to determine how many ribbons are needed to cover planter. Cut all to length.
  3. Starting from the bottom, use hot glue to attach ribbons. Overlap ribbon starting end over corner slightly. Wrap and glue ribbon one side at a time, pulling taut as you go. Fold ribbon under itself and glue to the overlapped ribbon at the starting end. Repeat until planter is covered.
  4. Insert floral foam. Arrange picks as desired. Snip off excess stems and insert into foam.

JOANN HACKS:

  • Sharp scissors reduce ribbon fraying. Start and end at the same corner of planter for every ribbon to get a clean look.
