Circle panel (make 2).
With soft purple.
Magic circle
Round 1: Ch 3, 10 dc into MC, sl st into top of ch 3.
Switch to wine.
Round 2: Ch 3, 2 dc in each st around, sl st into top of ch 3. (20 sts)
Switch to soft purple.
Round 3: Ch 3, *dc, 2 dc in next st, repeat from * to end of round, sl st into top of ch 3. (30 sts)
Switch to wine.
Round 4: Ch 3, *dc in next 2 sts, 2 dc in next st, repeat from * to end of round, sl st into top of ch 3. (40 sts)
Switch to soft purple.
Round 5: Ch 3, *dc in next 3 sts, 2 dc in next st, repeat from * to end of round, sl st into top of ch 3. (50 sts)
Switch to wine.
Round 6: Ch 3, *dc in next 4 sts, 2 dc in next st, repeat from * to end of round, sl st into top of ch 3. (60 sts)
Switch to soft purple.
Round 7: Ch 3, *dc in next 5 sts, 2 dc in next st, repeat from * to end of round, sl st into top of ch 3. (70 sts)
Switch to wine.
Round 8: Ch 3, *dc in next 6 sts, 2 dc in next st, repeat from * to end of round, sl st into top of ch 3. (80 sts)
Switch to soft purple.
Round 9: Ch 3, *dc in next 7 sts, 2 dc in next st, repeat from * to end of round, sl st into top of ch 3. (90 sts)
Switch to wine.
Round 10: Ch 3, *dc in next 8 sts, 2 dc in next st, repeat from * to end of round, sl st into top of ch 3. (100 sts)
Switch to soft purple.
Round 11: Ch 3, *dc in next 9 sts, 2 dc in next st, repeat from * to end of round, sl st into top of ch 3. (110 sts)
Switch to wine.
Round 12: Ch 3, *dc in next 10 sts, 2 dc in next st, repeat from * to end of round, sl st into top of ch 3. (120 sts)
Switch to soft purple.
Round 13: Ch 3, *dc in next  11 sts, 2 dc in next st, repeat from * to end of round, sl st into top of ch 3. (130 sts)

Strap
With soft purple.
Ch 12
Row 1: hdc in third ch from hook and in each ch to end of row. Turn. (10 sts)
Row 2-110: Ch 2, hdc in blo of each st to end of row. Turn.
Tie off with a long tail.
Use the tail to see together the two short ends, making sure not to twist the strap before sewing.

Finishing
Sew the strap between the two circle panels, leaving an 8" opening at the top of the bag.
