Enlarge patterns.
Cut out pattern pieces as directed PLUS add one more #8 front flounce (to be used as bottom center flounce, one center top flounce and one top flounce).
If using a fraying fabric, narrow hem flounces.
With fabric marker or chalk, draw flounce placement lines onto tunic front (#6).
Lightly gather top of bottom center flounce 1/2" from edge and stitch top edge of flounce to front along placement line; baste side edges together and remove gather stitches.
Repeat with center top flounce and then top flounce; matching top flounce to neck edge.
