Working on knit and stretch fabrics got a whole lot easier with the Schmetz Knit & Stretch Needles. This pack includes one each of jersey needles in sizes 70/10, 80/12 and 90/17 and one each of stretch needles in sizes 75/11 and 90/14. Designed with medium ball point, the jersey needles are ideal for spandex knits and stretch fabrics including lycra, jersey, interlock and rib.

At first I was using a universal needle and I wasn't getting the results I wanted. Then I googled info about types of needles. From now on I'm going to use the right sewing machine needle for the right fabric or project.
