This is a great craft to help children practice mindfulness. Mindfulness, or living in the present moment, means focusing on the task at hand. Mindfulness insists that you slow down & take your time. The finished sensory bottle could be a great tool to bring them to a mindful state.

DIRECTIONS:
- Add water to the bottle about 2" from the top.

- Once you have the right number of items in your bottle, top the bottle with water to remove the excess air.
- Seal the bottle with a lid and shake.
JOANN HACKS:
- If you have small children or are worried about the bottle being opened up you can use super glue to permanently glue the lid on the bottle so it cannot be opened.
