Arrived with a chip, overall medium quality
This frame is fine if you want a simple shadow box - in my opinion it is overpriced as the frame itself is a very cheap feeling plastic. Grab it on sale if you can (I didn't pay full price, I believe it was 40% off and that was still a little steep for me). My frame also arrived slightly damaged, as seen in the photo attached. Simple enough to fix with a little glue but I would have expected better quality for the price I paid. Otherwise it does what it says on the tin but if you're looking for something more professional or high quality this isn't the product for you.

Broken
The frame arrived packed in a very large box. It was wrapped carefully in bubble wrap and heavy packing paper so I know it wasn’t broken in transit but broken before it was packaged. I am not sure how to handle a return. I can’t find any information on the Joann’s site. It keeps sending me to the shopping site.

So disappointed!!!
I took It out of the box, unwrapped it and saw the frame was broken. When I touched it to examine it, it crumbled into little pieces. And not just one frame but both of them. Returning it!!!

Very lightweight, use at your peril
Cheap and flimsy, there's no way the cardboard backing will hold anything that has any weight.

Great Shadowbox
My boyfriend has always given me flowers for special occasions, or just because. So I have saved some flowers and let them dry. I bought this amazing Shadowbox and they are now a wonderful Display in my living room! This is amazing for any other ideas!
