  • PDF Printable
  • Scissors
  • Hole punch
  • Bakers twine
  • Adhesive
  • Cardstock color of choice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Download Project PDF, print and cut out banner.
  2. Ahdere banner pieces to cardstock. Trim out cardstock leaving a 1/4" border on all sides.
  3. Paper punch 2 holes at the top of each pennant. 
  4. Weave twine through the pennants to create the entire banner.
