Superb thread and manufacturer
I continually remain loyal to Gutermann threads. Kudos to them for creating such a diverse line of threads, especially silk. Silk thread passes through bulky wools like boucles and melton burying itself into the fibers without pulling. Thank you to Joanne's for carrying this specific thread in their inventory.

Jo-Ann Had It!
This was a difficult thread to find and Jo-Ann had it! It is a wonderful strong quality and I love the spool with the area to secure the end of the thread. No unraveling and mess in my sewing box.

Great results.
The silk thread is strong and works well in my silk painting artwork.
I create one-of-a-kind, original designs on silk, and must cut and sew the silk to my specifications, so the strength of the thread is of great importance, and the fact that it dyes easily, is a plus.
