  • Cricut heat-resistant tape (ITEM # 17090192)
  • Lint roller
  • Tweezers

DIRECTIONS:

  2. This project makes one 5"x 3" cosmetic bag design. You can customize your project size & monogram by clicking "customize" button in the bottom right of the project screen. Hit "Make It" to make the project as is.

  5. Note: Before handling Infusible Ink materials, be sure that your hands are dry and free of any oils or lotions.
  6. Place Infusible Ink Transfer Sheet onto StandardGrip mat, liner side down.
  7. In Design Space, select and size your design to fit on apparel blank. Be sure to Mirror your design.

  8. Select "Browse all materials", then Infusible Ink™ transfer sheet. If using a Cricut Explore Air™ machine, turn Smart Set Dial to "Custom" first.
  9. Load mat and blade into machine, then press flashing "Go" button.

  10. Remove cut design from mat and trim away unused area of sheet.   
  11. Gently roll cut design so cut lines separate and are more visible. “Cracking" the cut makes it easier to remove excess paper from in and around your design.
  12. Use your fingers or tweezers to carefully remove negative pieces from in and around your design, leaving design on liner.
  13. Trim clear liner so it does not extend beyond Cricut EasyPress™ heat plate.

  15. Tip: Now is a good time to prep your Cricut EasyPress™. For precise temp, time, and pressure settings, always refer to the 
  16. For this project, set Cricut EasyPress 2 to 400°F (205°C) and 240 seconds. For original Cricut EasyPress settings, refer to 
  17. EasyPress™ 2 
  18. Preheat 15s 
  19. 385°F/195°C   60 seconds 
  20. Light pressure 
  21. Warm peel 

  22. EasyPress™ 1 
  23. Preheat 15s 
  24. 360°F/185°C   120 seconds 
  25. Light pressure 
  26. Warm peel 

  27. Stacking order top to bottom:

  28. Cricut EasyPress™ 1 or 2 
  29. Butcher paper 
  30. InfusibleInk™ design, facedown 
  31. Cricut® cosmetic bag blank 
  32. White cardstock (80 lb/216 gsm) or 4 layers butcher paper
  33. Cricut EasyPress™ mat 

  34. Other supplies needed: 
  35. Lint roller 

  36. Preheat preparation: 

  37. Preheat Cricut EasyPress™ 1 or 2  
  38. Place cosmetic bag on clean mat.
  39. Insert cardstock inside wine bag to prevent bleed through.
  40. Lint roll wine bag.
  41. Cover wine bag with butcher paper larger than heat plate.
  42. Preheat wine bag for 15 seconds.
  43. Remove butcher paper from top of wine bag.

  44. Application: 

  45. Place design facedown, liner side up.
  46. Cover with clean butcher paper, larger than heat plate.
  47. Press with light pressure at 385°F for 60 seconds (EasyPress™ 2) or 360°F for 120 seconds (EasyPress™ 1).
  48. Slowly lift press. 
  49. Remove butcher paper.
  50. Remove liner when cool to touch.
