Rated 3 out of 5 by from With adjustments 5 - stars The skirt underlap needs added width, should extend all the way to the side seam to prevent "exposure!" I added 5 inches. I also raised neckline, just re-drew it to curve outward 1" at point where fronts cross. (Required change to front facing too!) Added inseam pockets. Also, reduced sleeve cap fulness, too puffy. This is a LOT of drafting and required tons of patience. I even raised the armhole and added extra pointy bit to underarm seam of sleeve piece, like a cut on gusset, for movement. Made 2 muslin trials. Why do all this: it was kind of therapeutic - going through some blues, just sewed several evenings away with music or old movies on, no hurry. Now I have finished 3 really cute wrap dresses in woven fabric. Most wraps are for stretch knits but I always wanted a woven wrap pattern. This looks so timeless and pretty, defines waist without clinging to tummy, comfy, modest, flattering. Five stars but only if you are ready to make a trial first and then tape some alterations onto your pieces.
