Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worthless I bought a new pair of these scissors. They couldn't even cut paper. The blades were loose but could not be tightened and they were somewhat dull. I'm throwing them out even though I've only used them (or tried to use them) a few times. Totally frustrating.

I thought that it would be perfect for what I needed and since it was the Singer Brand, I felt confident in buying. What a waste of money.
