Waste of time and money
Comes apart very easily. Not sturdy at all as it moved around too much. I did better with my zipper without the foot than with it.

The Worst Product I've Ever Purchased
This invisible zipper foot is weak physically, doesn't really allow you to see in a zipper, and is a complete waste of money. Mine broke on the first garment I used it with and even then it didn't allow be to get the zipper in. I've had to order a different one online. Joann's really shouldn't stock this product. It's not up to their quality standards.

Don’t waste your time
I should have trusted the previous reviews. You can basically throw this right in the trash. The instructions are minimal, so after finally finding a YouTube video, I figured out how to put it on my sewing machine. There are several adapters depending on your type of sewing machine. But even after installing it, it didn’t work! The zipper wouldn’t stay in the groove and the needle wouldn't get close enough to the zipper to result in an invisible zipper. I ended up using a regular zipper foot

Cheap plastic. Fell apart on first use and would not stay attached. Useless now. Would have returned but the quarantine closed all stores.

It wouldn't stay together
I bought this for a class using an invisible zipper. The whole thing fell apart and wouldn't go back together. I never got to use it.

Useless
These don’t work! Trust the reviews! I thought it fit my machine but it popped right off. Ended up throwing it out. I can only imagine how many of these are in the landfills, ugh.

Terrible product, I hope I can return it
This zipper foot does not have any clear instructions and it keeps falling apart. The slim pice that holds it together has come off and will not stay secure. I will not dare put this on my machine. I will be returning this. I agree with others that it should not be sold to consumers. I’d give it ZERO stars if you could

Don't Buy It
Don't waste your money. First of all, it did not fit my sewing machine (1967 Kenmore). Second, it was extremely flimsy - I am not sure how long it would have lasted if it had fit. The invisible zipper foot on my machine works fine.

Worthless
This has no directions. I did figure it out on my own. It is an extremely poor product. Foot moves as you use it, does not sew close to teeth, etc.

Did the job.
I just needed to attach an invisible zipper to a dress I made. These feet worked nicely for being plastic. If you are gentle with them, they work well.

Total junk
I was required to purchase this for a class at a Joann fabrics zipper sewing class. they are complete waste of money even with a coupon. The teaching instructor couldn't even get them to work. All the pieces of every kit used either broke or the white bar piece wouldn't fit into the slot or would bend and break. No one in the class could use them. Stick with your metal zipper foot/ and or attachment piece.

Trying to slid the red piece into the foot the plastic rod holding the white piece came out of the slot that it sits in. I had to super glue it back in. Save your $3 DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!
I was gifted a sewing machine which did not have all the parts. As I embarked on my first project, which included an invisible zipper, I rushed to the store to get these because there were no metal feet available. The assembly broke the first time I used it. I struggled through to finish my project. I will definitely find a metal foot.

Pretty awful, but works in an emergency
If you are buying online (i.e. have time for shipping), get a real invisible zipper foot somewhere else. This foot is for if you are in the store, and you really want to install an invisible zipper immediately. It'll work, but it's not pretty.

Phooey! Don't buy this
Had a project I needed to get done quickly. Bought this poor excuse for a zipper foot and spent too much time being frustrated when I tried to use it. Poorly written directions, doesn't attach securely, flimsy, overall very poorly made. Joann's ...
please find an alternative product of better quality. This zipper foot shouldn't be in your stores!

Doesn't work
I ran to Joann fabric store to get this, since my old one was nowhere to be found. Had an urgent project for a granddaughter. The crossbar on the presser foot was not included on the piece. Shanks fit fine, but this kit is incomplete and not as pictured!
The package was not broken into before I purchased it.

The worst thing to ever be made
I have gone through 3 of these things, and I honestly can't figure out why they can still be sold. Unfortunately for me, it's my only option because they don't make metal invisible zipper feet with the ankles attached. They break very quickly, the needle can sew through the plastic, and it takes almost twice as long to sew a zipper in because I'm continuously trying to line everything up. If there was a metal version, it would be so much simpler.

COULDN'T GET IT TO ATTACH TO MACHINE PROPERLY
I thought that I was the only one who had issues with this attachment, or more accurately "de-tachment". I've been sewing since Santa Claus brought me my first real machine when I was 10 (60 years ago!) and I've never been stumped with any attachment Tried each one of those pretty-colored plastic things included, but no luck.. I finally gave up, "uncoiled" the zipper and slowing sewed it using the left needle position on one side and the right needle position down the other side.

Waste of time and money
The plastic is poor quality and came apart every time I lifted the foot. While sewing, it slid around so much that sewing a straight line was impossible.

Plastic Garvage
I bought this yesterday to use with some zippers I was installing in new cushion covers. There were no metal feet avaliable at my store so I bought this one and gave it a chance. The pin that holds the foot to the shank is plastic and deforms when you put the foot down. You can't get a straight line sitching because the foot moves around. It's possible I just didn't install it correctly, but the plastic construction just did not impress me.

Waste of Money
This fit my machine just fine, but the foot wouldn't stay where I needed it to when it was lowered, it just kept sliding back and forth on the plastic white bar (which also kept coming unattached) even though it was making full contact with the plate. The stitch lines on the zippers I installed are wavy because of this, and now I've had to special order a metal zipper foot because I use a vintage dressmaker machine because I simply can't leave the zippers looking like that. This item is poorly made and a complete waste of money.
