Siser Birds of a Feather Tote

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Laptop or Computer
• Cutting machine and cutting mat
• Assorted Siser® heat transfer vinyl (EasyWeed Gold, Silver, Cream)
• Siser Weeder
• Measuring tape
• Iron or heat press
• Tote bag
• Heat transfer pillow optional

DIRECTIONS:

1. Use a cutter and the appropriate software to cut the designs from your selected Siser heat transfer vinyl material.
2. Remember to mirror your design before cutting.
3. Weed the excess material, leaving the design on the carrier.
4. If needed, insert a heat transfer pillow to allow for even heat application.
5. Heat apply the first layer of the design to your tote bag using an iron or a heat press.
6. Do the same for the second and third layer, remembering to remove the carrier film from the previous heat application.

JOANN HACKS:

• Layer and align the cut and weeded heat transfer vinyl before heat application to help with placement on your tote bag. Make sure to remove the second and third layer before heat applying the first layer.
