[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only worked for one day. It was so difficult to keep the slinky perfect. If you stretch it too far it ruins it. When it was in perfect condition it worked, but if you have kids under 12 they play with things rough and it's hard to be gentle with a slinky. Did not last 2 days.

Unfortunately, he managed to bend it within minutes of taking it out of the box. I would definitely recommend this for older kids (my son is 5). I was able to bend it back, so I think I'll store it for him for a couple of years. Great product.

The Old Classic!

So silly!

I am on a mission to have them use toys that teach them about things like science, art, and critical thinking. I love slinky so much and so do they now! What a great physics lesson to figure out how to make it climb down the stairs or use it to show what sound waves or light waves vibrate like. . .when two people hold it and stretch it. We have had hours of fun already and they haven't even thought to ask for electronics! Mission accomplished!

I love a slinky

My kids keep trying to take it from me and have slinkied it down the front steps but I like it just to have something to play with while I’m sitting on hold. I think I prefer the smaller one but this one is perfectly fine and the size doesn’t mess with the fun.

It's a Slinky

In my house, however, my girls do not naturally gravitate to this toy. When they received it, they played with it briefly, and I haven't seen it since. As a mom, there are certain toys that I enjoy sharing with my children, but this is not one of them.
