Intermediate 3-5 Hours
SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
  • 24 gauge wire
  • Wire cutters
  • Floral tape
  • Black small vases
  • 2 DM Rose pick
  • 5 Orchid Eucalyptus picks, Purple/Black
  • 2 DM Rose Orchid Eucalyptus bouquet, Purple/Black

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Gather one Rose pick and one Orchid pick. Remove one of the leaves from the Rose pick. Connect the two picks together using floral tape to combine the two stems into one.
  2. Cut a small section of floral wire and attach it to the Rose leaf. Tape the wire to the leaf stem and attach it to the small Rose and Orchid bouquet.
  3. Cut the stems so that they are even and sit in the vase nicely. Wrap stems all the way down with floral tape to finish off the bouquet.
  4. Open up the large bouquet of Roses and Orchids and separate them into individual stems. Use these stems and the picks to create six separate bouquets that work well together following the steps above.

JOANN HACKS:
  • Remove leaves if they fall in unfavorable spots. Rewire and tape them to create a new stem and include the leaves in the small bouquets. You can now position them in the bouquet in desired spots.

  • If some of the Eucalyptus stems are too tall, just remove a few of the leaves at the bottom and cut the stem to desired length.
