SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Grapevine wreath, 6"
- Olive felt 9"x 12"
- Kelly green felt 9"x 12"
- Ruby felt 9"x 12"
- Poly-fil stuffing
- Sewing needle
- Embroidery thread matching Ruby felt
- Hot glue gun
- Pattern templates
- 5/8" Red ribbon
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut out several leaf shapes from the Olive and Kelly Green felts.
- Cut out several Berry shapes from the Ruby felt.
- Place a small dab of hot glue at the bottom of each leaf and pinch to make a small fold.
- Cut a length of embroidery thread and knot one end. Sew around the edge of each berry shape with a loose running stitch.
- Place a small amount of Poly-fil® stuffing inside the berry and pull the thread tightly to cinch closed. Stitch a few more times to secure. Repeat for every berry.
- Hot glue the leaves to the grapevine wreath, alternating the Olive and Kelly Green colors evenly. Cover approximately 1/3 of the wreath.
- Hot glue the berries in place on top of the leaves.
- Cut a length of ribbon approximately 12".
- Pull one end of the ribbon through the wreath and tie a bow with the ends to create a loop for hanging.
