Place the sheet of EasyPSV on the cutting mat with the paper backing facing down, load mat into the cutter, cut material, and remove the EasyPSV from the cutting mat.
Use scissors to cut the design from the EasyPSV material to save any excess. Use your Siser Weeder tool to remove negative space and cavities from your design. You'll be left with the design on the paper backing.
Cut a piece of EasyPSV Application Tape that's just a bit larger than each layer of your design. Peel away the tape's paper liner and place the sticky side down on the larger fish and waves. Burnish the tape over the vinyl to adhere it.
Peel the Application Tape away, lifting the EasyPSV design from its paper backing.
Hold the Application Tape with your design over the top portion of the cup to determine where you'd like it placed; then slowly roll it on, rotating the cup until the design is placed all the way around. Burnish the Application Tape once more to transfer the EasyPSV design onto the cup, then slowly peel back the tape.
Using the same piece of Application Tape, repeat the previous steps to transfer the smaller fish and waves onto the bottom portion of the snack cup.
