Meh. Not great. Not rotten. Depends on what you need.
I have a smaller version of this that has four stacking sections. I use it a LOT and I love it. I was hoping this larger version would be equally as handy and great. Unfortunately, the plastic seems more flimsy and it is difficult to get the lid seated correctly. I don't have the same confidence in this larger version. It feels like the weight of craft supplies would cause the plastic to buckle or the handle to pop out.
I order two. One arrived broken. There was no visible damage to the shipping box which makes me wonder if it was broken before shipment, especially given that they were on clearance. I will probably return them both and try to get more of the smaller version that has four stacking sections.

fantastic for building brick storage
I have tons and tons of sets from a certain brick building company and these storage bins work great. They are stackable and allow for storing a lot of sets in a small space.

Just what I was looking for
Just what I was looking for; storage for larger items or, customize as I want with no premade compartments. I used individual storage containers with lids for small items. No spilling if droped unlike other storage boxes.

Works as expected - not for heavy items
Product seems to work well, though the top bows a bit when filled with heavy tools. One arrived in perfect condition and one arrived cracked. Customer service eventually refunded me for broken item, but it took a lot of time and follow-up on my end. Dinging one star for customer service.

Great price, but the store canceled it.
I was sent an email to review this item even though they cancelled the order on me. Great price with a coupon, so excited to get it and two days after they said it was ready for pick up, but before I could get it they cancelled it saying it was no longer available. When asked they told me it was available, but I would have to reorder at full price?! Shady business.
