Snowflake Thanks Card

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• December 2022 Make Yourself at Home Hero Arts® Card Kit
• Hero Arts® Compact Cutter Die Cutting Machine
• White Cardstock
• Foam Adhesive
• Paper Trimmer
• Scrap Paper or Box

DIRECTIONS:

1. Trim a piece of Nautical cardstock to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Fold in half to create a card base.
2. Trim a piece of white cardstock to 4" x 5 1/4". Place cardstock on a large sheet of scrap paper or inside a box. Spray Frost Shimmer Mist all over cardstock until completely covered. Set aside to dry.
3. Die-cut eight snowflakes from white cardstock.
4. Die-cut the "thanks" message die three times from Nautical cardstock. Adhere all three words together using a liquid adhesive.
5. Once the Shimmer Mist panel is dry, adhere snowflakes and message to this panel.
6. Then adhere to the Nautical card base with foam adhesive.

JOANN HACKS:

• Instead of a Shimmer Mist background, use Hero Arts Reactive Inks to create an ink-blended background behind the snowflakes.
• Keep a box with tall sides on hand to use when spraying Shimmer Mists and other messy mediums.
