Soft, economical yarn
This yarn is great for projects. It doesn't unravel and easy to work with. I like the variety of colors and the value is easy on your pocketbook. Bought multiple of skeins to make hats, scarves, blankets, and other projects over the years. I'm happy with this product.

Inconsistent thickness
Big twist yarn is inexpensive, which is nice. It's also inconsistent. The weight and ply is supposed to be "medium \ 4". But some is aran weight and other and lightweight. It's frustrating to use them together in knitting color work because the weight varies so much. The thin skeins also seem to split like crazy. I bought in store and online.
