SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Hot glue gun/glue gun sticks
  • Wire cutters
  • Floral wire with cutter
  • Floral tape, 1 roll
  • 5' garland, Spring Heather, 1
  • Floral:
  • Poppy pick, multicolor, 11", 10
  • Spring Poppy pick, 4
  • Forsythia pick, multicolor, 11", 8
  • Eucalyptus Leaves pick, multi 3, 11", 4
  • Multi Dogwood pick, assorted 4, 10

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Remove every other greenery spray from garland and set aside. Lay the garland on a flat surface with greenery alternating sides of center stem.
  2. Bend each pick to spread out stems. Lay the greenery on top of the garland overlapping the stems to determine the colorway for the garland.
  3. Start attaching the stems to the garland. The first pick stem should point away from the garland end. Spiral wrap wire around pick stem and garland stem. Apply a small bead of hot glue to stems if necessary. Cover wire with a spiral of floral tape. Continue attaching picks intertwining greenery and flowers with each additional stem added. For the end of the garland flip the stem end of the last few picks to point the opposite direction.
  4. Flip the garland over and apply floral tape around any exposed wires.
  5. Flip the garland back over to the right side and fluff the floral.
