SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- White Baby's Breath bouquet, 1
- Pink Rose Hydrangea bouquet, 1
- 22" One-piece ivy bush, 3
- Ivy short stems, 4
- Mini Boxwood bush, 2
- Baby's Breath picks, 6
- Leaves picks, 3
- Boxwood pick, 1
- Boxwood bush (no berries), 1
- Floral tape
- Wire cutters
- Hot glue gun & glue gun sticks
DIRECTIONS:
- Open up and separate the one-piece ivy bush. Do not cut or remove ivy from its main stem. Form the ivy stems into a flowing bouquet.
- Remove the wire and wrap from the bouquets to have single stems of floral. Decide which floral will go into each bouquet and separate into piles. Repeat this process with the rest of the greenery and baby's breath to assure equal amounts of floral for each bouquet.
- Insert the pink roses in one bouquet. Tape to stem of ivy bush. Repeat this process with the white floral.
- Add the baby's breath picks to the bouquet around the pink or white floral. Tape to the bouquet in the same location as the floral.
- Cut the ivy short stems apart so that there are three small stems to add throughout the bouquet.
- Separate the leaves pick in half and add both halves separately to the bouquet.
- Add the Boxwood picks next. They may need to be fluffed up a bit before adding to the bouquet.
- Separate and remove boxwood bush stems from the main stem. Insert these stems individually all throughout the bouquet.
- Separate mini boxwood stems from the main bush. These stems can be cut in half if they are too long and can be added in small clusters all through the bouquet, or they can be left long to give the bouquet length and shape.
JOANN HACKS:
- Add a dab of hot glue to the tape every now and again while taping the bouquet together. Be sure to add the hot glue to the tape when you are done crafting the bouquet to assure it stays tight and keeps the bouquet secure.
