Spring Themed Wood Projects

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Purchased laser-cut wood projects
• Acrylic paint (colors of your choice)
• Wood stain
• 1/2" brush
• Small detailing brush
• Medium round brush
• Clear acrylic spray (gloss or matte finish)(optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Refer to photos for color placement and layout
2. Paint and stain projects as desired.
Optional - When paint is thoroughly dry, follow manufacturer’s directions and spray project with clear acrylic spray.

Craft Hack Tips and Tricks:

• Two coats of paint may be needed.
• Allow paint to dry thoroughly between coats.
• Stain frame first before painting design.

• Purchased wood box with butterfly cutout
• Diamond Dotz® - gold and yellow
• Acrylic paints
• Small brush
• Diamond Dotz® adhesive
• Diamond Dotz® tools

DIRECTIONS:

1. Stain, allow to dry thoroughly.
2. Paint butterfly as desired, dry thoroughly.
3. Apply adhesive to one section of butterfly and glue on colored dotz.

Craft Hack Tips and Tricks:

• A small handheld hair dryer can be used to dry the paint faster.
