You can create a large 60.5-inch wide table top when you expand the 13-inch drop leaf and position the sewing machine platform to its top position. The three metal mesh drawers keep your supplies close and visible while you work. The sewing machine platform can be positioned so your sewing machine’s base is level with the top, so fabric glides easily while sewing. If your craft room is also your office, this table can also be used as a computer desk. The metal frame and laminated top are durable for years of use. A 2-inch wide cord management hole keeps your cables organized. Floor levelers keep this table stable on uneven flooring.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from On putting the table together So, the table arrived yesterday (pretty quick turn around). It's heavy in the box (naturally) as it's made of pressed wood. There are some metal struts that keep the table plumb that can easily get lost so don't throw the packaging away until you've assembled the table. Two problems: there's a back piece that holds the drawer section. The starter holes aren't drilled in the table so you'll need some way to start the screws. Second, the screws that hold the machine support are easy to get cross threaded because you have to hold the support at the same time as you start the screws. Once they're in and the machine is sitting on it, it's not a big deal but it is something. Also, the adjustment isn't quite as fine as some other designs so on my partner's machine, at the bottom the machine isn't quite level with the table. And at the top, there's a pretty sizable gap between the support and the rest of the table -- stuff could fall thru I'm afraid.
