DIRECTIONS:

MASK:
  1. Smear the front of the child's mask with fabric glue and press the blue metallic fabric onto the mask. Let it dry and trim off any excess fabric.
  2. You will cut out wavy "eyebrows" out of the gold metallic fabric and apply with the fabric glue above the eye holes on the mask.
  3. To make these two pieces of the gold fabric match hold two pieces of fabric insides together when you cut them out.
  4. Glue them in place and them make smaller "eyebrows' with a serrate top edge. Cut them out the same way that you cut out the gold pieces.
  5. Glue them on top of the gold eyebrows.
  6. Cut two matching wings to be glued onto the back of the mask at the highest point of the eyebrows. They should be about 1 1/2" at the base and make a crease at the base when you glue them onto the mask. These are easiest to attach with a hot glue gun to make the crease stay in place as you glue them onto the mask.

WRISTBANDS:
  1. Cut four pieces of the red metallic fabric 3 1/2" tall by the width of your child's wrist plus 2". Sew two pieces together, leaving a side open, making a total of two bands using four pieces of fabric. Turn them right side out and top stitch the bands. Folding in the open-ended side as you top stitch.
  2. Cut out lightning bolts on the gold metallic fabric and glue onto the middle of the wristbands.
  3. Glue the assorted sequins around the lightning bolts.
  4. Attach the Velcro squares to the back of the wristbands to hide them.
