- Color Swirl 3-Color Coupler
- Extra Large Round Tip 1A
- 17-1/4" x 11-1/2" Cookie Pan
- 14-1/2" x 20" Cooling Grid
- Color Right Color Performance System (Yellow, Orange, Black & Black used)
- 1/2 teaspoon no-color almond extract
- 2 ounces Clear Vanilla extract
- 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, milk, vanilla, and almond extract; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture; beat until combined.
- Add 1 tablespoon of water to thin down slightly, and divide dough into thirds.
- Color dough using Color Right base colors and QuickCount color formulas to tint dough in the following shades:
- Black: 1/3 cookie dough + 50 BK
- Teal: 1/3 cookie dough + 4 B + 1 Y
- Yellow: 1/3 cookie dough + 4Y + 1 O
- Prepare Color Swirl 3-Color Coupler with dough and 1A tip.
- Pipe a swirl of cookie dough onto cookie pan.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
